Data we use

Profile archives, filenames, action settings, shortcut paths, bundled icons, previews, and converted downloads stay in the buyer's current browser and are not uploaded to DeckReflow. Refreshing or closing the tab discards browser-memory inputs and outputs; downloaded files remain on the buyer's device. Arelvia Studio receives only anonymous fixed-name funnel events and coarse plan or surface labels. Stripe processes Checkout and payment details, while Arelvia Studio's payment-access service receives only the bounded claim, Checkout Session, public product contract, plan, mode, entitlement, and recovery data needed to provide and restore paid access.

Data that is not permitted

Load only profile files that you are authorized to use or transform. Do not send profile archives, action settings, shortcut paths, bundled icons, passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment-card details, personal information, or confidential material to support or public channels.

Purpose

We use the permitted data only to operate DeckReflow, secure access, support the product, and maintain a minimal operational record.

Retention and access

Raw profiles and generated bundles remain only in browser memory until the page is refreshed or closed. Anonymous product events have a 400-day maximum retention. Stripe and Arelvia Studio's payment-access service retain the minimum payment and entitlement records required for payment administration, fraud prevention, access recovery, disputes, and applicable legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell participant data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate DeckReflow, or when required by law.
